Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Solvixy

1. Return Policy

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required for verification

We currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color/size variations

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after order placement

  • Product is not delivered

  • Verified case of damaged/defective/wrong item, and replacement is not available

Refund Method:

  • For COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)

  • For prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under these conditions:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Exchange request is made within 24–48 hours of delivery

Exchange Process:

  • Our team will arrange pickup (if available in your area)

  • Replacement will be shipped after receiving the returned item

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled

5. Important Notes

  • Customers may need to self-ship returns in some areas

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side)

  • Solvixy reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet policy conditions
